Gears and shafts can be machined as a set, with tooth form, tooth lead and journal datums checked in one set-up. Hobbing, shaping and tooth-surface hardening all happen in the same workshop.

Module, accuracy grade and heat-treatment parameters are confirmed against the drawing and material; inspection records can travel with export parts.

02Gear shaping machine

For internal gears, herringbone gears and stepped gears that a hob cannot reach, holding tooth form and lead accuracy.
03Induction hardening equipment

Surface hardening of tooth flanks and journals, controlling case depth and heat-treatment distortion.
