Privacy
notice.
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this site, and what the site records when you visit it.
Last updated 5 November 2026
- What you send us
- When you send an inquiry we receive the name, company, country, email address, phone number and message you enter, plus any drawings or photos you attach. We use them to prepare a quotation and to answer you. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone outside the companies that host our website and our email.
- How long we keep it
- Inquiry files, including drawings, are deleted 60 days after they arrive. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the order discussion lasts and is removed on request.
- What the site records
- No analytics script runs until you accept the cookie panel. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica record the pages you visit, an approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser, and — through Metrica — clicks and scroll depth. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation. You can withdraw permission at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer; the scripts stop loading from then on.
- Cookies
- The only cookie we set ourselves stores your language and your consent choice. Analytics cookies are set by Google and Yandex, and only after you accept.
- Who else is involved
- The website runs on a server we control. Inquiry notification email passes through our mail provider. Google and Yandex process analytics data under their own terms, linked from their respective privacy pages.
- Your rights
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to tom@luoyanglinyao.com and we will answer within 30 days.
