Linyao Machinery is a custom machining plant in Luoyang, Henan. We take a drawing or a worn sample and return a finished part: gears, gear shafts, shafts, castings and forgings, bearing housings and non-standard assemblies.

One workshop, one route

Machining, heat treatment and inspection stay in the same plant, so a large part does not travel between suppliers and lose its datums on the way. Work is scheduled by operation, from a single prototype to a small batch.

How a part moves through the shop

The route below is typical for a gear shaft; the drawing review decides the final one. Every step is recorded against the part, and the inspection record ships with it.

    casting, forging or rolled ring, with machining allowance

    Quenching and tempering

    Finishing

Checked before it ships

Material verification, in-process checks and the final inspection record travel with the part. Ultrasonic testing, hardness testing and dimensional reports are done in-house; English reports are available for export orders.
