Custom machined parts packed and ready for shipment
Packing is the last step where a machining job can still go wrong. At the Linyao workshop this week, that step closed out a mixed batch of custom parts headed for one customer.

What is in the crate
The parts leaving the floor this week are all custom, non-standard components rather than a repeating catalog item. The largest items are cylindrical workpieces, each wrapped in cushioning film and sealed individually before being lowered into a reinforced solid-wood crate lined with moisture-barrier sheeting.
Other structures from the same batch are staged nearby: gold-colored fork-shaped components and dark, multi-hole rectangular blocks. Machined faces on all of them are clean and the edges are intact, which is the check that matters before anything goes into a box.
Packing matched to the part, not to habit
Linyao applies a standard packing procedure but selects the protection inside it per order. Part structure, weight and the transport route decide whether a component gets extra cushioning, a rust-preventive layer or a moisture barrier, and how the crate itself is braced.
Outer packaging uses high-strength solid-wood cases with reinforcing, so the shipment can handle long-distance transport and several transfers between carriers without the contents shifting.
Beyond the machine tool
The company's work is custom machining of non-standard mechanical parts, and the delivery chain is treated as part of the job rather than an afterthought. Alongside machining accuracy and output, packing and logistics follow-up are being refined so overseas and domestic customers receive parts in the condition they left the shop.
Crating on this batch is in its final stage and the shipment will move out on the agreed logistics plan. Production on other orders continues in parallel.
Capacity for large custom parts
For customers scoping similar work, Linyao's machining limits cover gears up to Ø8 000 mm outer diameter and module M60, shaft-type parts up to 10 000 mm in length and Ø1 500 mm in diameter, and castings or forgings up to 8 000 × 4 000 mm at a unit weight of 20 t. Typical lead times run 60 to 90 days depending on the category.
