Large-module gear ring passes final inspection before export
A heavy-duty gear ring in the large-module range has left the Luoyang Linyao Machinery workshop after passing full inspection, and is now on its way to an overseas plant.

From forged blank to finished teeth
The gear ring started as a quality alloy steel forged blank and moved through large CNC turning and gear hobbing as a single continuous job. Tooth spacing deviation, profile tolerance, and surface finish were measured at each stage rather than left to a final gate, so any drift could be corrected while the part was still in setup.
The finished ring carries an even metallic sheen after a dedicated anti-rust treatment. That coating is not cosmetic: it protects machined flanks during packing, sea freight, and the weeks a part may sit in a customer's warehouse before installation. As a company capability, Linyao can machine gear rings up to Ø10 000 mm outside diameter and modules up to M60, in straight, helical, herringbone, and internal tooth forms.
Designed around continuous heavy load
Drive systems on mining, metallurgy, and heavy engineering equipment rarely fail from a single overload. They fail from load that keeps coming back, cycle after cycle, until a tooth flank or a bore starts to move. The tooth geometry on this ring was controlled with that duty in mind, so contact stays consistent across the face width under continuous operation.
Because the ring is a non-standard part built to drawing, the customer's mounting bore, bolt pattern, and mating dimensions were fixed before machining rather than adapted afterwards. Cast, forged, and rolled-ring blanks are all available as starting stock, depending on what the drawing and the duty call for.
One chain, one set of records
Forging, machining, heat treatment, and surface protection sit inside the same plant, which shortens the loop between a measurement and the fix. Heat treatment covers quenching and tempering plus high-frequency tooth surface hardening, and every finished part ships with a full material report and inspection record.
The company's export work already runs to Russia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, and repeat orders from industrial customers are the most direct signal that delivery dates and paperwork hold up. First articles and drawing-based custom parts are quoted on request.
