Heavy-Duty Precision Bearing Housing
A machined bearing housing that supports large transmission shafts in metallurgy, mining and heavy drive equipment, with a ribbed box body and a precision-machined bearing seat.

Ribbed box body for heavy radial loads
The housing is machined from a one-piece box-type blank with vertical ribs on the outer walls, which raises overall stiffness and resistance to impact and deformation under heavy or alternating loads. The top flange carries a large-diameter bearing bore, and the bore wall is finish-machined so the bearing locates with correct coaxiality and fit, keeping the shaft train running steadily.
Mounting and sealing interfaces
Bolt holes evenly spaced on the flange face take the bearing end cover and sealing components, providing axial location and protection against dust and oil leakage. Further holes on the side and end faces fix the housing onto the machine frame or base, so the assembled unit holds its alignment in service.
Machining accuracy and custom scope
Mating faces are milled and ground, and the bore is bored and finished to tight dimensional and geometric tolerances, which cuts shaft vibration and extends the service life of bearings and drive parts. Bore diameter, hole patterns, flange size and overall envelope are produced to drawing, and dimensional and geometric inspection records can be supplied with each part.

Common questions
- Can you machine this part to my drawing?
- Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
- How are the material and heat treatment decided?
- They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
- What lead time and inspection come with the part?
- Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
- How is the part packed for export?
- Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
Every part is quoted from the drawing itself, not from a size band. Send it over and we answer with the process, the lead time and the tolerance we can hold.
