Gearboxes & Reducers
Housings · gear shafts · carriers · spares
The load-carrying parts of a reducer are machined here: housings, gear shafts, carriers, internal ring gears and repair spares. Non-standard units are made to drawing; on planetary builds the tooth count and module follow the ratio and the torque. Bearing bores are not cut to nominal size — the mating bearing or journal is measured first, and the bore is set to that. Gears and shafts share one datum, so the assembly is not fighting itself.

- Carriers and internal gears for planetary units
- Reducer repair and spare parts
- Drives for crushers, conveyors and hoists
Whole-machine design is not our scope: send a drawing, or the measured dimensions of the unit you are replacing, and we machine the parts, the housing and the spares. Clearances are set from the bearings and gears actually on your machine.
