Cone Crusher Bowl Liner (Stationary Cone Liner)
One-piece cast bowl liner for the stationary side of cone crushers. Machined locating faces and lifting lugs support installation and replacement in abrasive crushing duty.

One-Piece Cast Structure
This bowl liner is a one-piece casting for the stationary side of a cone crusher. Lifting lugs are arranged around the outside for lifting and replacement, and the top and bottom faces are finish-machined locating datums for mounting alignment.
The inner and outer conical surfaces are the working wear faces. As a replaceable wear part, the liner absorbs impact and abrasion in the crushing chamber and is replaced to protect the crusher frame.
Material and Wear Behavior
Common material options include high-manganese steels such as Mn13 and Mn18Cr2, or multi-alloy wear-resistant cast iron. High-manganese surfaces work-harden under impact while the core retains toughness, making the part suited to coarse crushing and high-abrasion duty.
The final material grade and hardness requirements are confirmed against the drawing and quality documents before production.
Machining and Quality Control
The inner and outer conical faces and the top and bottom locating faces are machined to maintain fit and mounting concentricity. Dimensions, material grade, and hardness records can be confirmed against the approved drawing and quality documents.
For replacement parts, the mating profile and locating faces are checked before shipment. Inspection items such as dimensions and material certification are agreed at order.
Custom Fit and Service Conditions
Bowl liners can be produced to drawing for different cone crusher models, with the cone profile, lifting lug positions, locating faces, and material grade confirmed before production.
These stationary liners are commonly used with spring cone crushers and single-cylinder or multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers. Typical service includes metal mining, sand and aggregate production, metallurgical slag processing, and construction solid waste recycling.

Common questions
- Can you machine this part to my drawing?
- Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
- How are the material and heat treatment decided?
- They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
- What lead time and inspection come with the part?
- Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
- How is the part packed for export?
- Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
Every part is quoted from the drawing itself, not from a size band. Send it over and we answer with the process, the lead time and the tolerance we can hold.
