Cone Crusher Wear Liner Set (Bowl Liner and Mantle)
A matched bowl liner and mantle set that forms the crushing cavity in cone crushers, cast in wear-resistant manganese steel for coarse to fine crushing.

Matched crushing-cavity components
The set consists of an outer bowl liner (fixed) and an inner mantle (moving) assembled on the same axis. The bowl liner has locating blocks and lifting lugs around the outer wall plus circumferential reinforcing ribs; the mantle has vertical ribs on the cone face and top lifting eyes.
During operation the mantle oscillates to approach and retreat from the bowl liner, forming a ring-shaped cavity that applies compression and bending to the feed. The two parts are consumables and can be replaced individually or as a set.
Cast wear materials and working conditions
Parts are typically cast in Mn13, Mn18Cr2, or multi-alloy wear-resistant cast steel/iron. High-manganese grades work-harden under impact to form a hard wear surface while retaining a tough core, which suits strong impact and high-abrasion duty.
The set is commonly used in spring, single-cylinder, and multi-cylinder cone crushers for mining, sand and aggregate production, metallurgical slag processing, and construction solid-waste recycling. Cavity profile and fit dimensions are made to the customer's drawing or confirmed technical data.
Inspection, fit, and replacement
Before shipment, the locating and lifting features and the mating dimensions are checked against the approved drawing. Material grade, surface hardness, and impact toughness are confirmed with the quality documents for the order.
The lifting lugs and individual or set replacement allow on-site changeout without removing the crusher main frame. Replacing worn liners on time protects the main body and reduces long-term maintenance cost.

Common questions
- Can you machine this part to my drawing?
- Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
- How are the material and heat treatment decided?
- They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
- What lead time and inspection come with the part?
- Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
- How is the part packed for export?
- Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
Every part is quoted from the drawing itself, not from a size band. Send it over and we answer with the process, the lead time and the tolerance we can hold.
