Bearing Housings & Machined PartsBearing housings
Heavy-Duty One-Piece Rolling Mill Bearing Housing
One-piece cast or forged steel housing for heavy radial loads on rolling mill, crusher and mill shafts. Precision bore takes a bearing sleeve or spherical roller bearing.

One-Piece Load-Bearing Body
The body is cast or forged as a single piece, with vertical stiffening ribs distributed over the outer walls. This closed, ribbed section raises torsional and bending stiffness, so the housing takes large radial loads and shock impact without the joint deflection of a split housing.
The bore is machined as a high-precision fit for a sliding bearing sleeve or a heavy spherical roller bearing, and serves as the locating datum for the rotating shaft. A flange ring on the end face carries high-strength bolts that clamp the bearing cover, fixing the bearing axially and compressing the seal.
Lubrication and Mounting
An integral base at the bottom is bolted to the machine frame through anchor bolt holes, keeping the support datum stable under load. Pipe fittings on the side walls are the oil inlet: continuous oil feed builds a stable film between shaft and bearing, carries friction heat away and reduces running wear.
Working Conditions and Typical Applications
Because the one-piece section is stiffer than a split housing, it suits low-speed, heavy-load and high-impact duty and can carry alternating loads over long service intervals. It is commonly used for rolling mill roll necks, main shaft supports of jaw and cone crushers, heavy ball mills, mine hoists and the low-speed stages of large reducers.
Machining and Quality Control
Boring, facing, drilling and flange-hole machining are carried out on CNC equipment, with the bore, mounting base and end face machined in one setup to keep alignment between the bearing seat and the frame base.
Dimensions, bore fit, flatness and bolt-hole positions are checked before shipment, and non-destructive testing can be arranged on request. Material grade, bore diameter, bearing type and lubrication method are confirmed against the customer's drawing or sample before production.

Common questions
- Can you machine this part to my drawing?
- Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
- How are the material and heat treatment decided?
- They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
- What lead time and inspection come with the part?
- Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
- How is the part packed for export?
- Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
Every part is quoted from the drawing itself, not from a size band. Send it over and we answer with the process, the lead time and the tolerance we can hold.
