High-Pressure Integrated Hydraulic Valve Block
An integrated cartridge valve block with a machined steel body for heavy-duty, high-pressure, large-flow systems. Directional, pressure, and overload control are combined in one manifold.

Machined Valve Body and Port Interfaces
The valve body is machined from an integral steel block. Boring, face milling, drilling, and thread cutting produce the main port, side auxiliary and control ports, the top flange mounting face, and the bolt holes.
The front main port uses a large-diameter internal thread and is clamped by four high-strength bolts, so it can connect directly to a hydraulic cylinder port or main oil line for large-flow passage.
Working Conditions and Integrated Layout
This block is intended for heavy-duty hydraulic circuits that see high working pressure, large flow, and frequent pressure shocks. It is typically used in hydraulic systems for heavy hydraulic cylinders, cone crusher adjustment, forging presses, metallurgical equipment, construction machinery, and shield tunneling stations.
Integrating cartridge valves on the top flange and routing passages inside the block removes many external pipes, reduces leakage points and pressure loss, and saves installation space.
Custom Machining and Quality Control
Port size and thread type, side port layout, top flange interface, mounting bolt pattern, and internal passage routing can be machined to drawing. Body dimensions and material grade are confirmed against the drawing and technical file.
Inspection covers critical dimensions, port threads, mounting faces, bore alignment, and cleanliness before shipment. Pressure and leak test requirements, sealing type, and hydraulic oil compatibility are confirmed with the customer's technical documents.

Common questions
- Can you machine this part to my drawing?
- Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
- How are the material and heat treatment decided?
- They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
- What lead time and inspection come with the part?
- Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
- How is the part packed for export?
- Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
Every part is quoted from the drawing itself, not from a size band. Send it over and we answer with the process, the lead time and the tolerance we can hold.
