Mill Scoop Feeder

Vertical shaft impact crusher crushing chamber assembly, welded cylinder and flange-connected conical top cover, with replaceable wear liners on the side, used for sand making and aggregate shaping.

Vertical cylindrical crushing chamber assembly, upper conical top cover, central circular feed opening, top cover bolted to cylinder flange, side with replaceable wear liners.

Welded Chamber and Bolted Top Cover

The assembly is a vertical welded chamber: the lower large-diameter cylindrical shell and the upper conical top cover are assembled by flange bolts. The central circular hole at the top is the material feed opening, and the conical surface guides material to converge toward the center. The detachable conical top cover facilitates inspection and replacement of the internal impeller and throwing head.

Replaceable Wear Protection

Bolt-fastened wear liners are installed on the side of the cylinder to protect the cylinder base material from high-speed stone impact. Liners can be selected according to working conditions from wear-resistant materials such as high-chromium cast iron and high-manganese steel, and can be directly removed and replaced after wear, shortening maintenance downtime.

Applicable Conditions, Inspection and Customization

This chamber assembly is used in sand and gravel aggregate production lines, ore fine crushing, construction sand preparation, and tailings resource utilization. Before assembly, inspect the welded chamber, flange mating surfaces, bolt hole positions, and liner mounting holes according to the drawings. Chamber dimensions, flange interfaces, feed opening, and liner fixing hole positions can be customized according to drawings.

Common questions

Can you machine this part to my drawing?
Yes. Every part is quoted from the drawing. Send a PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES file with the material, quantity and any inspection requirements, and we reply within one working day.
How are the material and heat treatment decided?
They follow your drawing. The specification table shows the range normally used for this part type; the final material and heat treatment are confirmed with the quotation.
What lead time and inspection come with the part?
Lead time is set in the quotation and depends on material, size, quantity and inspection scope. Material verification, in-process checks and final inspection records are archived with the part, and any extra certification is agreed before production.
How is the part packed for export?
Export parts are rust-proofed and packed for the transport method and destination confirmed in the quotation, with lifting points and markings agreed before dispatch.
